My painting reflects my life.  Each work reveals a personal experience.  The images reflected in my paintings are landscapes of the mind, inspired by nature, the impression painted from memory.  I strive to capture and express the essence of the subject caught in a moment of time and space.  I attempt to expose the magic of what is transitory and often perceived as ordinary or mundane.

Of all of the media I have worked in. I find painting to be the ultimate challenge.  The process is spontaneous, captivating and fascinating as it illuminates the subject.
